Email [email protected] with a short description of what happened. If it's about an import, the first few lines of the CSV (with any private values removed) help a lot.

Importing CSV files

Skyline Health reads blood pressure, weight, blood glucose, heart rate, body temperature, blood oxygen, steps, sleep and more from CSV files and writes them to Apple Health. Open a file with the Import tab, check the column mapping, and tap Import. Every import appears in History, where it can be removed in one tap.

Apple Health permissions

If readings don't appear, open the Health app, go to Sharing → Apps → Skyline Health, and make sure the data types you want are turned on for both reading and writing.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro is sold through the App Store. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings → Go Pro in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

Privacy

Your health data never leaves your iPhone except to Apple Health or to a file you export yourself. Read the full privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Skyline Health helps you keep and share your own health records. It isn't a medical device and doesn't give medical advice — talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your health and medications.
